What payment options are available?
Group subscriptions are billed annually as one invoice and can be paid via credit card, direct debit, check or electronic bank payment.
What is the cost and duration of the program?
Costs are dependent upon the number of users who will have access. A subscription is for a minimum 52 weeks.
Is there a minimum number of users required for a group subscription?
Yes, there is a minimum number of users required. The minimum will vary per account type.
Who is/is not entitled to receive access to a group subscription?
Businesses, schools, libraries and any organization with a group of 5 or more people are eligible for a group subscription.
Any user with an active Globe subscription will not be eligible.
